Eviction Attorney in Long Beach, CA

Hi- my name is Tracy Guerra and I am an attorney in Long Beach, CA. I have been specializing in exclusively representing residential and commercial landlords for over 20 years.

In 1993 I opened ASAP EVICTIONS in Long Beach, CA as a paralegal/legal assistant and process server, assisting landlords in processing unlawful detainers (evictions) for themselves, from serving the first notice on the tenant, through to the sheriff's lockout of the premises, and collecting the money judgment against the tenant after the lockout.

With that experience I was able to learn evictions from every angle. I also realized that in order to give my clients the best possible service, I would need to become an attorney. I went to law school at Pacific Coast University here in Long Beach, CA and in 2004 I passed the California State Bar exam on my first try and opened ASAP EVICTIONS- THE LAW OFFICE OF TRACY GUERRA as a full service real estate law firm specializing in representing landlords in all landlord/tenant law matters, including evictions, collections, labor board disputes, fair housing complaints, personal injury lawsuits from tenants, and more.

We currently handle an average of about 100 evictions a month all over Southern California, and over the years I have personally handled over 10,000 evictions with an over 99% success rate.

Our clients include 'mom and pop' landlords, real estate investors and developers, small and large property management companies, real estate agents and brokers, trustees, executors ,and court appointed receivers.

We have performed evictions for the City of Long Beach Redevelopment Agency in their eminent domain evictions, and the Long Beach City Attorney's Office in their drug arrest evictions.

I have appeared at trial hundreds of times on behalf of many large banks, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Citibank, in their post-foreclosure evictions.

I have been qualified as an expert witness in landlord/tenant law and have been called to testify as to the rights and duties of both landlords and tenants, and the court's process for evictions.

If there is one thing I know, it is how to evict somebody.

If you are a landlord and have a question or would like to start an eviction, please call my office anytime at (562) 997- 9690, e-mail me at tracyguerra@msn.com, or come into my office anytime during business hours. (Mon-Thurs 9am to 5pm, Fri 9am to 4pm)

I have assembled a staff of experienced eviction paralegals that I am extremely proud of. I am available to speak directly to all of my clients, but I am frequently in trial for at least half of the day. If I am not in when you call for faster service I am confident that any of my staff can answer your questions and help you get started. Over the years we have seen and heard practically everything and probably answered every question that you could possible think of.
I have worked very hard to earn my reputation as one of the most experienced and respected eviction attorneys in Southern California.

Our thousands of clients know our great personal service. We handle a large volume of evictions every day but we always have time to answer your questions and walk you through the process.

Now that you know ABOUT US, we would like to hear ABOUT YOU. We look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks- Tracy
